Apex Events offers complete hotel program services including hotel sourcing and contract negotiation, custom online booking branded for your event, data reporting and evaluation, reservations assistance, afterhours customer service, and account management. The president and founder of Apex Events, Michele Hughes, has more than 25 years of experience in event housing, group travel, operations, and account management. Her experience and commitment to true partnerships with our clients has laid the solid foundation for Apex Events to continually build upon. Our Event Housing Managers are equally committed to ensuring a positive customer experience through quick and friendly service. Their combined knowledge in event housing and hotel management has helped us to maintain excellent relationships, have sound client retention, and to exceed customer service and revenue goals.
